The Chardonnay is stainless steel fermented, making it lighter and crisper than traditional Chardonnays. It pairs well with a variety of foods and has notes of apple and pear. The Sangiovese has a classic aroma with tart cherry notes and a hint of spiciness. It pairs well with tomato-based dishes. The Merlot, also from Colorado, has a dark cherry flavor with cranberry and herbal characteristics. It is a step up in body and pairs well with grilled meats. The wines will be released at a wine club party with food and live music.
